Bright Leaf Wine Club

Terms & Conditions

There are no membership fees to join. Each membership requires a minimum of a 1 year (3 shipment) commitment starting with the next available shipment period, and each shipment requires a minimum purchase of any four (4) Bright Leaf wines. All wine selections during wine club shipment periods are priced at 20% discount to our club members on their specific share date. This discount does not apply to dates at other times during the year in our tasting room. There is no limitation to the quantity of any wine purchased at the time that your order is placed.

Order selections will be fairly priced at our usual retail listed prices posted on our website and tasting room, less the 20% discount. Your selection of a minimum of any 4 wines will typically be available starting at $45-$65 per selection. Each shipment must include a minimum of 4 Bright Leaf Vineyard varietals. You may cancel your membership at any time after you have received 3 selections/shipments during the year, as memberships are a minimum of one year (3 shipments) in length. **Your cancellation must be received at least 2 weeks prior to the next shipment.

Cancellation requests prior to one year’s membership period are subject to a penalty fee of $150 which will be charged to your credit card on file and/or approval of the Bright Leaf management. Any such request must be in writing and addressed to: faith@brightleafvineyard.com. Bright Leaf Vineyard may dismiss a member from the club if any of the general, outlined conditions in the WINE CLUB AGREEMENT have not been met.

Wine club orders cannot be changed once the order has been charged. Members are responsible for updating their credit card and shipment/pickup options for each shipment. Bright Leaf reserves the right to ship any orders (at the customer’s expense) that have been purchased but not picked up after 30 days.
