Come join us for a beautiful Mother's Day luncheon on May 11th at Bright Leaf Vineyard prepared by Chef Samantha Buyskes
This is a seated luncheon from 12pm -2 pm .Reservations are required
Tickets include 1 complimentary glass of wine, tax and gratuity
Starter
Choose either:
a) Spring Pea, Ramp and Asparagus soup - yogurt, peas, asparagus and lemon zest
OR
b) Spring Crespelle Di Ricotta E Asparagus - Crepe filled w/ asparagus, peas, mint, lemon and pecorino topped with
bechamel
Main Dish
Choose one:
a) Ramp Risotto - Fried oyster mushrooms and ramp pesto
OR
b) Grilled Swordfish - Ramp pesto served with baby potatoes, asparagus and green olives. Roasted tomato and lemon oil

c) Spring Leg of Lamb - topped with ramp chimichurri, creamed spring greens and leeks. Roasted carrots with ramp pistou
