Come gather with us at Bright Leaf Vineyard as Chef Samantha Buyskes prepares a wonderful Friendsgiving Dinner!
Dinner starts at 4pm!

Menu:

Starters:
Pull apart bread with squash, cheese and herbs
&
Kale salad with Delicata squash, cranberries, pecans, Red onion and blue cheese

Main course - CHOOSE 1 option for the main dish

1) Fried Chicken served with buttermilk and chive mashed potatoes

OR

2) Butternut Squash Lasagna served with local mushrooms, braised greens and butternut squash bechamel

OR

3) Beef Wellington - Filet mignon, braised greens and mushroom duxelles wrapped in puff pastry. Buttermilk chive mashed potatoes and red wine shallot Demi glacé

Dessert:

Pumpkin Spice Carrot Cake - Cream cheese frosting, toasted walnuts, raisins and caramel.
